Complete machining cycle

Together with our general partner, "Wellbore Integrity Solutions", who provides machine tools for machining large-sized products, we provide a full cycle of machining. We have
a machine park, the majority of which is numerically controlled. Processing is performed
by highly skilled operators using modern tools
and precise quality control methods.

Welding into a narrow slot

Robotised complex for welding of parts with greater material wall thickness (STUBWELDING), which allows to restore the geometry and characteristics of parts due to excessive deterioration or corrosion.

Restoration of part geometry and characterisation with minimum thermal influence zone, no sponging, 0.01 to 0.3 mm intermixing of the cladding layer. Strong metallurgical connection with the base material, localised area handling and multiple recovery process. Application of an additional layer of HARDBANDING metal.

Internal surfacing

Internal automatic argon-arc surfacing of pipes in pulse mode with hot filler wire feeding. Our facility is designed for this type of work and is capable of surfacing internal diameters from 50 mm and depths up to 2000 mm. Minimal heating of the substrate, not exceeding 70 °C, will not allow the metal to lose its original properties.
